Luss village, sitting as it does on the shores of Loch Lomond, is a popular tourist stop on the route to and
from the Western Highlands. It is also the location for the town of Glendarroch in the STV series Take The High Road, with filming for the series taking place in and around the village
from time to time .The Loch Lomond Golf Club is located about a mile to the east of the village, and the “Loch Lomond World Invitational” tournament attracts some of the worlds best golfers each year. The Luss Highland Gathering takes place in late July, and is a highlight of the Highland Games season.. Here are some recent photographs of this picturesque village.
